Scope of the Work

The scope of the work would encompass cleaning the premises so that the whole premises from the entrance onwards is clean and is presentable at all times. The housekeeping services will be of a comprehensive nature as under: .Cleaning of the whole premises including open area. .Cleaning, wet mopping, dry mopping, dusting etc. of the furniture and ceiling, panels, window &glass doors.

Weekly cleaning

As a composite service, the weekly cleaning is undertaken. On holidays when the premises are closed they are thoroughly cleansed from ceiling to floor. During this time the premises are washed, dried, dusted including all the overheads fittings, windows, door panels, partitions are given through cleaning.

Toilet and wash area

We pay special attention to those areas as they are prone to unhygienic conditions if not clean properly. The entire urinal stands, toilet bowls, washbasins etc. Are cleaned with disinfectants, dried and kept hygienic at all the time. We have a trained staff to clean window from inside as well as from outside. In a supervisory professional way to protect our people, we take a separate insurance for the said workers. To further protect our client’s interests we have taken a 3rd party insurance.

  1. The house keeping boys will come to the office by 7.30 am and will clean the premises before timing.
  2. All the toilets will clean minimum three times. The cleaning of the toilets will be checked & full fill by the housekeeping boys.
  3. All meeting rooms and conference hall will be clean before office hours.
  4. Works desk and dustbin cleaning will be done before 9.30 a.m.
  5. External glass and partition walls will clean from 9.30 to 11.30 a.m.
  6. Waste disposal will be done frequently.
  7. Dusting of each and every room, executive cabins, walls & windows, fan, tables, tube lights, night lamp etc.
  8. Removing of spider webs from roof and all corners.
  9. Wiping the room, bathrooms, lavatories with phenyl, and other chemicals twice in a day or as and when required.
  10. Scented sticks / Air purifiers will be kept in toilets.
  11. Scrubbing the room, baths lavatories, staircase and others adjacent areas daily with machines/ vacuum cleaners.
  12. Cleaning the tiles etc, with chemicals weekly.
  13. Cleaning drains, manholes, once in a month or as and when required.
  14. Dusting / mopping of each and every place like file cabin, tables, almaris, showcase etc.
  15. Cleaning open area like park, garden, parking areas twice in a day.
  16. The cleaning routing will comprise of through cleaning both in the morning and evening and general cleaning during the day.
  17. Brushing and cleaning of carpets and chairs etc. by vacuum cleaners.
  18. Cleaning of artificial plants and tress etc.
  19. Cleaning and disinfecting of toilets areas and washbasin areas.
  20. Cleaning and dusting of pantry areas on all the floors and cafeterias.
  21. Provision of garbage bags at all washrooms pantry and kitchen every morning.
  22. Washing of pavements etc.
  23. Room fresheners will be sprayed daily.

  2. Dust windowsills & ledges. Clean window glasses, partitions etc.
  3. Dust louvered doors & mini blinds.
  4. Cobwebs removed and lamps & ceiling fans dusted.
  5. Dust furniture, wood work, shelves and base boards.
  6. Vacuum furniture including under seat cushions.
  7. Cleaning of all telephones, intercoms and light switches.
  8. Empty and Clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.
  9. Moping and Cleaning of Floors.
  10. Vacuum carpets and Wash tile floors.
  11. Daily sweeping of roads in the complex, and clearing garbage
